Anyone ready to learn more about foundational, essential nutrition & food habits to start making changes.
All genders/sexes. Content is geared towards adult nutrition, but teens are welcome too.
All 6 modules and bonus lessons are recorded content shared on in our online course page for on-demand access whenever it's convenient for you. Available on computers, tablets, and mobile devices. Live sessions are optional and include a Q+A portion where I answer questions posted in the Facebook group.
It's not necessary. The Resilient Nutrition Workbook will have the specifics you need to start making changes. More details are shared in the videos which you are welcome to take notes on if you would like to.
